Terms and conditions of stay

  1. Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm.
  2. Breakfast is served from 7:00am until 11:00am
  3. All rooms are non-smoking room. You may smoke at the designated area.
  4. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
  5. For early check in and late check out, extra charge may incur and is subject to availability.
  6. Any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during your period of use will be charged accordingly.
  7. You will be charged accordingly for the room keys you lose or fail to return.
  8. Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.


Booking Policy

  1. All room rates are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% service tax.
  2. All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card or deposit for the reservation to be confirmed.


Payment Information

  1. Full payment required upon check in.
  2. Guests that chose to settle their payment with any credit card will incur 2.0% credit card transaction fee.
  3. Any charges not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.


Guarantee Policy

  1. For reservations guaranteed by credit card or deposit at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.
  2. For reservations not guaranteed by credit card or deposit at time of booking, rooms are held until 6pm (local time) on the day of check in.
  3. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.


Cancellation & amendment Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, please do so 3 days before arrival to avoid penalties. A penalty will be levied as follow

  1. Amendment or cancellation not received by 18:00 hours two days prior to the arrival date (local time) 100% of one-night room charge.
  2. Amendment of cancellation not received by 18:00 hours three days prior to the arrival date (local time) 50% of one-night room charge.

To cancel your booking, please complete and submit our cancellation form.

Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of amendment fee.



No show policy

  1. If you fail to check in at the hotel and you have not cancelled your booking, you will be imposed a “no-show” charge of one night-stay per room.
